1. How can I get access to the GenDx Academy?
You can obtain a login by writing an email to education@gendx.com.
2. Which courses are available on the GenDx Academy?
We are offering a variety of courses on our online training website. Some examples include basic and advanced software trainings, workflow trainings and case study webinars. Courses will be added regularly so keep an eye on the website!
3. How long do I have access to a course?
For most courses you have unlimited access as long as you have an active account. Some courses may be temporarily available. This will be mentioned in the course description.
4. Do I obtain a certificate after completing a course?
Yes, after completing a course, a pdf certificate will be automatically generated. The certificate will contain your name, the course title and date.
