Frequently Asked Questions
1. How can I get access to the GenDx Academy?
You can request an account via the login menu or via this link. Please note that access to the GenDx Academy is reserved for GenDx customers only.
2. Which courses are available on the GenDx Academy?
We offer a variety of courses and training materials, including software trainings, workflow trainings, and case studies. New courses are added regularly so check our website often!
3. How long do I have access to a course?
Most courses are available with unlimited access as long as your account is active. Some courses may be available for a limited time; this will be stated in the course description.
4. Do I obtain a certificate after completing a course?
Yes. After completing a course, a PDF certificate is automatically generated. It includes your name, the course title, and the completion date.
5. How do I request CECs after completing a course?
To receive Continuing Education Credits (CECs) – provided through ACHI – you have to fill out a form, upon completion of a course. Please note that:
- CECs can only be issued when the required information is forwarded to and -processed through ACHI.
- Requesting CECs is entirely voluntary.
- We can only accept forms up to two weeks after the date of completion, so we recommend submitting the form right after completion of a course.
- We do not provide CECs for all courses.
