Course description
The Software R&D team is responsible for development and maintaining all GenDx software packages at GenDx. This course will give you a high-level overview of how to manage risks, issues and requirements for our GenDx software packages and how to use the program SpiraPlan for this. The course is provided by Loes van de Pasch PhD (Director Program Management). This training is used as part of the Software Training – level A for the SpiraPlan Issue Handling, as well as Software Training – level A for the Risk Management and Requirement process
