Course description
This training is meant as an introduction to and reference for managers, who need to manage interview cycles and interview reports in DDGC (De Digitale Gesprekscyclus; Digital Interview Cycle), which is the online platform associated with the GenDx appraisal system.
This course is not related to the Training Form, nor the Introduction Schedule for New Employees. It is, however, a practical guide to navigate through DDGC that you can revisit when needed.

- How to manage interview cycles in DDGC.
- How to fill in reports in DDGC.
