TERMS OF SERVICE - GenDx Academy

“Platform”: the GenDx Academy and all associated online learning environments and content.
“User”: any natural person who holds an account on the Platform.
“Content”: all courses, documents, videos, tests, images and other materials available on the Platform.

“Platform”: The Platform provides online training, educational materials, and assessment tools related to GenDx products and services. The Platform is intended for use by authorized individuals associated with GenDx customers, partners, or trainees approved by GenDx, and is provided for personal, non‑commercial training and education purposes only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Access to the Platform is provided through a personal account. Accounts are granted to GenDx customers, are strictly personal and must not be shared or transferred.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for all activity occurring under their account.
GenDx reserves the right to suspend, terminate or restrict accounts in case of (suspected) misuse.

Content is provided for the User’s personal, non-commercial use and for training purposes only, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Users are not allowed to copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, upload, share or otherwise make Content available to third parties, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from GenDx.
Users are not allowed to circumvent technical measures designed to prevent copying, downloading or distribution (including DRM, watermarking or access controls).

All rights, title and interest in and to the Content and the Platform remain the property of GenDx or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants the User any ownership rights in the Content or the Platform.

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with GenDx’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Platform, the User agrees to those policies.

GenDx endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date Content but provides no warranties as to completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

These Terms take effect when the User creates an account or uses the Platform.
GenDx may immediately terminate access to the Platform upon any breach or reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, the User’s rights to access the Content cease.

GenDx may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
