Course description
Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) typing to match patients and donors is an essential step taken to promote engraftment and reduce the risk of graft-versus-host disease following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
GenDx offers three product lines for HLA typing: based on NGS (NGSgo and NGSengine), on Sanger sequencing (SBTexcellerator and SBTengine) and on nanopore sequencing (NGS-Turbo and NGSengine-Turbo).
This course focuses on our solutions for HLA typing using Sanger sequencing: SBTexcellerator and SBTengine.
