Course description
This course focuses on NGSengine, our analysis software for HLA typing using next-generation sequencing (NGS). Through a series of step-by-step tutorial videos, you will learn the fundamentals of the software, how NGS data is visualized and analyzed within NGSengine, and how to confidently interpret data quality and typing results. The course also covers practical workflows such as creating projects, importing sequencing data, reviewing and validating results, and generating exports and reports for downstream use.
